Thank you for the kind words. I will miss him terribly. Carolyn knows exactly how twins interact one with another and the loss of a twin can be a horrific event.

So pleased you and others were able to know such a neat guy as Dennis.

Actually, Dennis and I were members of SIX championships teams. In addition he and I held numeroous records, one of which was rated on the top five all time list for the Distance Medlay Relay. We were both aslo members of several Halls of Fame during our successful careers at McClatchy HS.

I, too, have been a long time fan of the Davidson brothers...I remember watching them run before school at Joaquin Miller Junior High school.  I knew then they would become future champions!  The were so dedicated to excellence.  Ann and I send love and condolences to Dan and to all the rest of the Davidson family!            Val & Ann Lewis

As a member of the CKM "C" Track Team, we always were amazed as to the talents of Dennis and his hi standard of Sportsmanship. We worked out and ran Track together but it was that final 200 yards that separated the men and the boys. Dennis was exceptional and when we ran time trials together, we all knew where we stood !!!  He was a True Mentor, Sportsman, and Friend that gave advice and tips that actually worked, and our future competition proved it.  He was a true Hero to me and will be greatly missed.

I also remember Dennis and Dan going back to our Joaquin Miller Junior High School days in the Hollywood Park neighborhood.  I had classes with both of them throughout the junior high and McClatchy years and, though I was not a runner, I remember both of them as being good friends and super nice guys.  So sorry to hear of Dennis passing, condolences to Dan and the whole family.  Godspeed, Dennis.

Dan, you and Dennis were my definition of brotherly love. I marveled at the way you two ran together long before running became popular. I can still imagine you guys running around the field, pretty fast even in baggy sweats. Sorry for your loss... but the memory persists.

I too remember Dennis and Daniel through Junior and Senior High School at Juaquin Miller and McClatchy.  They were both so gifted in their running and persistent in their training.  They were both so cordial and friendly on vertually every occasion.  Dennis will be sorely missed by family and friends and my heartfelt condolences go out to the Daniel and the Davidson family at their loss.
