"Born in Sacramento, April 7, 1942, died unexpectedly December 15, 2000. Jerry spent most of his early childhood on the family ranch at Winters. He was a long time resident of Sacramento. Jerry attended McClatchy High School and the University of San Francisco. He was active in real estate, and in 1987 operated a service business with the help of Christie Somers, Caleen and Victor Ung. His interests were numerous. He loved to travel. Jerry is survived by brothers Miles and Robert Treaster, sister Kathy Treaster, niece Llyne, nephew Miles Jr., and Justin Treaster; sister-in-laws Jean and Jaynie Treaster and extended family and close friends. We miss him terribly. Services will be held at St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church 1201 S Street, Saturday, December 9, 2000 at 11 a.m."
